While trying to combine the freedom of interpretation of the abstract style with a clear artistic expression in his paintings, he interprets his figures on a surrealist basis. In his works, from time to time, he aims to create a visual illusion by bringing together different elements.

Biography

Born in May 1972, The artist had to move many times due to his father's profession, and spent his childhood and youth in various provinces and districts of the country. This cultural diversity, which he met at a young age, would later become the cornerstone of his art. His first solo exhibition was held in Antalya in 1996 with the name of "Everybody's Song". Since then, he has had the opportunity to promote her works in many group exhibitions. In 2010, Turkey's metropolis and the real meeting point of centuries-old history moved to Istanbul. His transition from abstract works to figurative expressions coincides with this period. The artist, who took a break from painting for a while, worked as an actor, director and stage play writer in some private theaters, especially the State Theatres. He was awarded four prizes in national stage play writing competitions. The artist, who prefers to paint his stories on canvas or wooden panels, nourished by the relationships of different disciplines with each other, says that his works, on which he creates textures, increase the sense of contact. In 2016, he decided to move to Barcelona to get a new cultural experience.
